Smooth texture and rich flavor made by blending our Colorado Wildflower Honey and Stranahan's Whiskey and aging it in barrels from the Stranahan's Distillery in Denver.

Made by bees from tree and plant resins, and is known for its remarkable ability to assist in the fight against viruses, bacteria, microbes and fungus. Also a powerful anti-histamine.

A Colorado classic that comes from the wide-open clover fields of the front range. Light- to medium-colored honey with beneficial enzymes, amino acids, and pollens intact, and is packed in a kosher facility.
Raw Whipped
This version is smooth, spreadable, and possesses a texture that is not too thick. This honey will never change consistency as the natural crystallization process has already taken place.

Blend of Whipped Colorado Clover Honey and pure lemon oil. A tea made with lemon and honey is known to aid sore throats and chest congestion.
Lavender
We blend our Colorado Wildflower and Clover Blossom honeys with this Western-Slope lavender, creating a rich and aromatic honey that's perfect for baking or as a sweetener in lemonade and craft cocktails. It's also a great glaze for fresh summer fruit, like peaches and apricots.
